Prayer

Prayer is a vital part of our lives, not just as individuals but also as a Christian Union. So we hold two central prayer meetings each week in the Chaplaincy Centre:

  • Mondays at 2pm
  • Fridays at 10am

This term we will be looking at some of Paul's prayers to see how we can be praying more in line with God's will and use the bible to stimulate our own prayers.

We greatly encourage you to be active in praying for and with the CU, as we seek to preach God's 'message of reconciliation' (2 Corinthians 5) on the Lancaster campus. God has done so much for us through Jesus and there is so much to thank Him for. We also need to ask Him for strength, provision and guidance in the next academic year. Please do also pray that God would guide and teach the committee and small group leaders as they seek to lead the CU and encourage them to follow Christ's example.
